Pobūdis: Assistance in processes and procedures relating to office set-up and operation, undertaking of general administrative office duties and at later stage serving clients with adherence to compliance, KYC procedures applicable under the Dutch Central Bank regulations.
A candidate will liaise with outside tax consultants, auditors, notaries, governmental institutions, counsels, and handle legal matters and projects ranging from simple to complex. In this position, candidate will work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, handling multiple projects, prepare legal documents.
The candidate will have to cope with high scope of work including general admin duties, legal assistance and day to day support to keep the office function well. Help company managers to maintain good standing of company in connection to legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations.
Reikalavimai: Bachelor/ Master degree in Law, Business administration or Business management
Relevant experience in a corporate services/fiduciary/trust company
Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of the Dutch and Russian languages will be considered an advantage
Ability to work with all MS office programs
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Handle sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organisational multitasking & communication skills
Ability to work well individually and also as part of a team
Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and time management skills
